Cover material, branding and artwork

The listed notebook range uses PU covers in A5 formats. Depending on the selected product, options include logo printing, debossing and custom color. Debossing creates a restrained cover impression, while printed artwork may suit a more visible campaign mark. The right route depends on the cover surface, artwork detail, color requirements and quantity.

Provide vector artwork in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG format where possible. A digital mockup should confirm logo position, scale and color before production. When exact texture, imprint depth or color matching is important, ask about a physical sample route. Product and artwork review must happen before any decoration method or result is treated as final.

MOQ, timing and an accurate notebook quote

MOQ and production timing are product-led rather than category-wide. Stock color, cover construction, decoration, accessories, packaging and order quantity all affect the workable route. An accurate request should include quantity, preferred notebook style, logo file, color direction, packaging, destination and need-by date. If a pen must match the notebook or sit inside a fitted box, include that from the beginning.

For deadline-sensitive programs, work backward from the must-arrive date. Allow time for artwork review, mockup approval, any sample, bulk production, packing and shipping. A simple standard-color notebook with one logo can follow a different path from a color-matched notebook and fully printed presentation box.
